Barrier Buzz (NZ domestic only)

  • 0 - 6kg $5 (which would be 1 x cases)
  • 6.1 - 12kg $10 (which would be 2 x cases)
  • Free delivery for orders over $135 (which would be 3 x cases)

Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 3-5 working days once dispatch notice has been received. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at enquiries@theaoteacompany.co.nz so we can make it right.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email enquiries@theaoteacompany.co.nz . Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.  To return (after approval) send to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Arrive at Profreight, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring arrival.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be returned to you.  We will need to see the receipt showing the cost and tracking number.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
